Mr. Mohamed Refaat, EGYPTROL's Contracts & Projects Director. Mr. Refaat participated in establishing EGYPTROL since 1999.

He has over 20 years of experience in Electrical systems design, installation, commissioning and start-up of industrial plants, power plants and other applications. His experience includes a diverse scope and responsibilities; he worked with TECHINT, ALSTOM ,CEGELEC, INITEC Energia, Samsung C&T and ABB.

Mr. Refaat has vast overseas experience in power plant, water and waste water treatment projects, including assignments in Nigeria, Libya and Qatar. Mr. Refaat led EGYPTROL MEP Engineering design team from 2008 to 2012, till the start of the affiliated company "E Consult". Mr. Refaat holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Power Engineering from Mansoura University - Egypt.
